Major MECHANICAL PROJECT of COKE stacker

Coke stacker which had been designed to meet the following characteristics:
- Tray Capacity 300 t / hour
- Rubber conveyor belt width is 1000 mm trays, which should be adapted to the bar,
- Boom length 26.35 m,
- Angle 210 degrees rotation radius,
- Raising the boom angle of +12,-6 degrees
- The range of rail 5m
- Type of gauge S49,
- Anticipate walkways for maintenance workers on both sides of boom,
- Tray should have frequency regulation,
- All rolls, housings, bearings and drums to unify the disposer rolls, housings, bearings and conveyor feeding drums SK1 , the existing documentation for the belt width 1000 mm,
- Coke stacker have drive for winding a cable (drum),
- Coke stacker Cab have air conditioning,
The disposer should be made for stackers light instalation, in the central part and boom.
Project documentation was prepared and was unleashed by the same fabrication and installation of trays
